We take your privacy seriously. We do not do creepy things on this site or with information obtained using our contact form.

This website uses cookies to better serve repeat visitors. No personal identification information is stored in these browser cookies. This site uses visitor tracking services provided by Google, Brevo, Segment and of course, Plan9 LLC. If you ever give us your contact information, either in person, or via a web form or email exchange, we will keep it “business private”. That is, it will go into our CRM, where it is secure from access by persons not on the Plan9 LLC team. All of our team members have been background checked.

We will never sell, share, trade or grant access to your personal information.

Our email systems are managed by Google and 100% CAN-SPAM compliant marketing automation system providers. Google mail is SAS70 audited and complies with the rigorous Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002, or ‘FISMA’.
